Josh was born on the beautiful island of St. Thomas Virgin Islands. At the young age of 15 he entered the hospitality industry where he built the foundation of what has become exceptional customer service and a great work ethic, and these fine characteristics have carried over into Josh’s real estate career.

Within the hospitality industry, Josh spent a decade and a half learning each position working his way up the ranks from food runner to bartender, and eventually to front office manager right here in Boston. While in St. Thomas, Josh truly enjoyed his time as a bartender because he was able to meet people from all over the world and he knew that, for many, this might be a once in a lifetime trip. He did everything he could to make each and every one of his guest’s experiences a very special one and really honed his people skills in this position.

Josh is also a loving father of 4 wonderful children. He loves spending time with his kids and experiencing all the many things life has to offer from the beach, to parasailing, to mini golf and the arcade. He truly cherishes every moment he gets to spend with them. One thing he has learned from spending time with his kids is patience, and he applies this lesson in his career to provide genuine customer service. Josh believes you can make any situation better if you simply follow the golden rule, add a little patience, and smile.  Growing up on an island where tourism is the main industry means he always went above and beyond, not only because that was part of  providing exceptional customer service but also because he knew he was always representing his home.

In 2017, Josh decided to move to Boston to be closer to his kids, who had to relocate due to two category 5 hurricanes that hit the islands a few months prior. Even though it was his first time living somewhere else (and seeing snow), he quickly found work at the Boston Buckminster Hotel and adapted to life in Boston. Unfortunately, in March of 2020 he was laid off like so many due to Covid-19. With Josh being so resilient and being able to adjust to new circumstances so well, he took his fine tuned interpersonal skills and brought them to real estate. With his winning personality, resiliency and years of experience, Josh is here to work with you as your real estate partner. Whether you are looking to buy, sell or rent, call Josh today and you will have “no worries mon!”
