Some of the most beautiful homes can sit on the market for extended periods of time. Its not because they arent priced well, or other factors you might suspect. Its simply because buyers are turned off by details that are often overlooked.

Get plants. Lots of them. Not only will they purify and oxygenate the air you breathe, but they will offer a calm oasis in your home. Plants in unexpected places, such as bathrooms or kitchens, are stylish and functional. Larger scale plants look gorgeous in rooms with high ceilings.
