The process of selling your home at any time of the year can be a stressful experience, but if you are trying to sell your home during the busy holiday season it may seem to be almost impossible.

Last night I watched "The Thomas Crown Affair" from 1968 which was filmed in Boston. I haven't seen this movie in years and it was a treat to see the City of Boston and surrounding areas star in this original production of this title.
Let's face it, towing is a facet of city life for those of us who park on streets throughout Boston and cannot always be mindful of what day of the week street sweeping is or, which side is "safe" today.
No matter where I go, people always ask me two questions, "How's the market?" and "Is now the right time to buy a home?" My answers are always the same not because I'm being a salesmen, but because I'm telling the truth when I say, "Great, interested buyers are buying and sellers are selling."
You may recall last week in this blog I wrote about the downtown Boston hard hat walking tour I had the opportunity to participate in where we toured 3 different projects currently under construction with residential components: Millennium Place (580 Washington Street), Kensington Place (659 Washington Street), and the Filenes Project, Burnham Building (426 Washington Street).
Despite indications that the Earl of Sandwich restaurant would be opening in the Boston Common before the end of the 2012 outdoor dining season, it looks like you'll have to wait until 2013 to try out the Common's newest dining option.
For the past several years the area immediately to east of the Boston Common has held several seemingly competing and confusing names.
