You may recall last week in this blog I wrote about the downtown Boston hard hat walking tour I had the opportunity to participate in where we toured 3 different projects currently under construction with residential components: Millennium Place (580 Washington Street), Kensington Place (659 Washington Street), and the Filenes Project, Burnham Building (426 Washington Street). Anyway, yesterday I had an opportunity to visit the model unit for Millennium Place which shows the actual fit and finishes that will be present when the development opens.
I have to say Millennium Partners, its partner architects and designers have put together a great product. The building and its units are very pleasing. No detail has been left to chance from the common spaces, amenities to the kitchens and baths.
Yesterday in addition to seeing how the building's units will look upon completion, I had an opportunity to find out about the development's expected completion date, available on-site parking, condo fee rate structure, pet policy, pre-construction sales status, reservation process and Millennium Partners' exclusive, La Vie which is an interesting residents' "social experience."
I really like this project as you can probably tell. Contact me if you care to hear more about what I discovered about Millennium Place, downtown Boston's finest soon to open luxury residence. In addition to sharing details about Millennium Place I am happy to share details of my complete buyer agent services for this building and for homes throughout the Boston areas.
Postscript: You'll have to forgive me for the "Gangnam Style" reference in the post's title. It's a catchy music video (which gets caught in my head) and as a neologism seems very appropriate for Millennium Place...
