Real Estate Rewind, the Greater Boston Real Estate Board's online annual report summarizes residential real estate market activity in 12 cities and towns that comprise the board's Region I jurisdictional area.
This report contains detailed data from the detached single-family home (SF Properties) and condominium (CC Properties) markets, including units sold, median price, average days on market, pending sales, and inventory levels, both for the most recent year and one year ago.
