In case you weren't aware it's City of Boston annual dog licensing time again. Dig out your files from the vet, complete and send in the dog license application. April 1 marks the beginning of the new licensing year.

- If you live in Cambridge, your dog's license is also due for renewal. Contact the Animal Control office and an application will be mailed to you.
- Brookline also is on the same annual licensing schedule. Licenses are obtained by calling the Town Clerk at 617-730-2010.
- Lastly, if you live in Somerville, all dogs must be licensed within 30 days of moving into town. See more Somerville dog licensing details here.
