Now in its fifth year, Yappier Hour at the Liberty Hotel begins its season summer tomorrow night outside in the hotel's "Yard." Each Wednesday night until Halloween, dogs and their people enjoy puptails, cocktails and other libations from 5:30 until 8 pm weather permitting. Bring your fur-friends and check out the fun!
