We're pleased to announce that residential real estate professional Jon Kendall has joined Unit Realty Group.
Jon was born in California but moved to Central Massachusetts and was raised there. He attended St Johns High School in Shrewsbury, MA and graduated in 2001. After graduation he decided to pursue his passion for working with his hands, and became a Journeyman carpenter. While working as a carpenter, he learned many vital skills about craftsmanship and quality of building, and used those skills to buy and renovate his own properties. Although he enjoyed the unique experiences he encountered while working as a carpenter, in 2010 he decided to continue his education by attending Worcester State University, graduating with his Bachelors of Science in Geography in 2012. He then decided to move to Boston, continuing on to a Masters Degree in Energy and Environmental Analysis from Boston University, graduating in January 2014.
Jon currently lives in Beacon Hill with his wife Patty, and their dog Sarah. When he is not working for his clients, or maintaining his investment properties, he can be found volunteering in the community or on the Common playing fetch with Sarah.
