A new bike rack was just installed at Franklin and Arch Streets and we like its iconic design so much we had go grab a picture of it. More bike parking is a great addition to Downtown, and it started us wondering where else we could legally park our bikes because racks are a hit and miss amenity with some areas seemingly having a bunch and other areas not so many.
As it turns out the City of Boston is in the process of installing 250 bike racks each year and we hope we'll see more of this latest design citywide. So far we haven't seen anyone use this particular bike rack, so we hope it works as good as it looks.
