The Reading Education Foundation is putting on an event called the Festival of Trees With over 100 uniquely-decorated trees of all shapes, sizes and themes, festival visitors can try their luck at winning the raffles for their favorite trees, as well as voting for the Most Creative Tree, Most Unusual Tree and the Best Tree Topper. In addition, children will enjoy decorating their own cookies, and taking part in REFs annual Scavenger Hunt to earn a free raffle ticket!.
