- Boston to Provincetown Ferry – Escape the city for a day and hop on a ferry to Provincetown. The outer Cape is a natural treasure, where the dunes roll, the surf thunders, and rare birds share miles of sandy beaches with no one but you. When you’re done with the sun, bask in the shopping, restaurants and bars of Provincetown, one of Cape Cod’s oldest settlements with a bohemian character all its own.
- City Winery on the Greenway – City Winery on The Greenway provides Bostonians and visitors a way to engage with the city in a unique way. They serve their locally crafted wine on tap and feature a variety of reds, whites and of course rosé all season long! In addition, they feature several beers (and ciders) from local friends at Harpoon. There is also a Mediterranean-inspired menu of charcuterie, cheeses, olives and nuts and other offerings that will complement your wine garden experience.
Sunday, August 29th
- Charity Golf Tournament to Benefit Boston Children's Hospital – The event is an 18-hole scramble tournament, with players competing in teams of four. Contests will include a long drive contest, putting contest, and closest-to-the-pin contest.
- Charles River Jazz Festival – Join us Sunday August 29th at 4PM for the first annual Charles River Jazz Fest! At the Herter Park Amphitheater in Allston. The event will feature a number of up and coming artists in the Boston jazz scene. Admission is free and open to all ages.
