Vinegar

Mixing white distilled vinegar with warm water is a great solution for most surfaces. This can be used to clean glass or mirrors without leaving streaks, clear dust off of any surface, and removing stains from bathtubs and sinks. Vinegar is a great way to scrub some grimier surfaces when sprayed on a baking soda and water mixture, such as clogged drains and burnt food on pans.

Baking Soda

Baking soda is one of the most versatile ingredients and goes a very long way while cleaning. It can be used to polish silver, scrub grout and keep your refrigerator smelling fresh. Pouring baking soda on carpets and in the refrigerator will help remove scents and refresh the surfaces. Mixing baking soda with water will create a paste that can be used to scrub grout and polish stainless steel.

Lemon

Lemons are a great natural cleanser as well, due to it's acidic properties and it's scent. Lemon mixed with vinegar is a great all purpose cleaner and can be used on virtually any surface. You can run lemon rinds through the garbage disposal to freshen the whole sink, and rubbing a lemon over stains in the sink can give a bleaching effect. Lemon mixed with olive oil will polish wooden furniture. You can also add lemon juice to any of the previous cleaners for a stronger cleaner and a pleasant smell.
