We recommend removing curtains or putting up sheer curtains to allow a lot of natural light into your home, and to turn on soft lighting throughout the house. You should also add colorful decor. This can be switching out blankets and pillows for brighter colors, colorful paintings, and adding fresh flowers.
During the spring season longer and sunnier days are ahead, so your home should reflect that warmness to potential buyers. Switching out dark winter colors to brighter spring colors in decor and letting in a lot of light and fresh air into your space is a great way to create an inviting environment that potential buyers can see themselves living in.
