Paint Everything

Painting all the walls in your rooms will brighten up your home and add value for a buyer. Choosing neutral colors will help a buyer picture themselves in the home and give a clean look. Removing any popcorn ceiling and painting the new smooth ceilings will make your home more modern. Bonus points for painting your trim to create a seamless and clean look throughout your whole home.

Clean Up The Landscape

Creating an attractive curb appeal will add lots of value to your home. Plant trees or flowers to spruce up your yard and water your grass to make the outside of your home lush and beautiful. You can also trim trees and bushes and add mulch to your garden.

Switch Out Your Lighting

If you have over head lights replacing them can add great value to your home. Keeping your home bright will create a larger feel to your space and make everything feel cleaner and homier. We also recommend adding statement lighting to your kitchen or living space for an element of design.

Update Your Flooring

Flooring may not seem like a big deal but it can add major value to your home. Polishing wood floors will make them look new and further the bright and open look of your home. If you have old carpeting it may be a good idea to remove it and put in wood floors, or at least switch out old carpeting for brand new. If you have tile floors in a bathroom or kitchen deep clean the tile and re-grout any areas that are chipped or dirty.
