Winter in New England creeps up on us fast! It's only a few weeks into fall but the temperature is dropping and we will all be turning our heat on in the near future. Get ready for the colder weather by cleaning your heaters!

1. Change out the filter on your heater. Whether you have standing heaters or baseboards, make sure to put in a new filter for the new season.
2. Vacuum and dust the vents. Make sure to clean out the vents to remove any built up dust to avoid spreading dust around your home and lower the risk of a fire.
3. Make sure your furniture isn't too close to your heater to heat your home safely this winter!
