Keeping your fridge about three quarters full allows for air circulation keeping your food cold and helping you save on your energy bill. When you have a fully stocked fridge, the products you have retain the cold, keeping your food fresher longer and prolonging the life of your fridge.

When you have a fully stocked fridge, keeping everything organized is important to see exactly what you have to limit food waste. Periodically check the "best by" date on your products to make sure they are safe to eat. While you have lots of food in your fridge, it is a great time to enjoy some home cooked meals!
